By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access Arcus, you must create an account and provide accurate contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@arcus.so if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the Service
Arcus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own business or research purposes.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
Use Arcus for unlawful, misleading, or unethical purposes.
Access or scrape data beyond permitted functionality (e.g., automated scraping or bulk exporting without authorization).
Arcus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Arcus offers both free and paid plans.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Prices and features are subject to change with notice.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner; Arcus does not store payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology within Arcus — including but not limited to software, analytics, and UI design — remain the intellectual property of Arcus.
You retain ownership of any materials, assets, or data you upload or generate using the Service.
By uploading or generating content, you grant Arcus a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
6. ImageGen Disclaimer
Arcus includes an ImageGen tool that uses AI to create or modify images based on user input.
By using ImageGen, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that generated visuals comply with copyright, trademark, and likeness rights.
You must obtain consent before using any identifiable person’s image or likeness in public materials.
Arcus is not responsible for how generated images are used or distributed.
Arcus disclaims all liability for any misuse, infringement, or harm resulting from ImageGen outputs.
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Arcus uses aggregated and anonymized data to improve product performance and insights.
We never sell or disclose personal data to advertisers or third parties without consent.
8. Fair Use
Certain features (such as API calls, AI generations, or exports) may have usage limits to ensure system stability.
Abuse of these limits — including automated usage or reselling of data — may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arcus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of insights, or specific business outcomes derived from the use of Arcus.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcus shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service;
Content or decisions made using Arcus insights or ImageGen outputs.
In all cases, Arcus’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 6 months of subscription.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
Arcus may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or cause harm to other users.
Upon termination, your access will cease, but your data can be exported or deleted upon request.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
