5. Uploaded and Generated Content

When you upload or generate creative assets (e.g., via Heatmaps or ImageGen), you remain the owner of your content.

By using Arcus, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display that content only for the purpose of providing the service to you.

All generated or analyzed visuals are stored securely and can be deleted on request.

6. ImageGen Disclaimer

Arcus provides an ImageGen feature for ad inspiration and creative analysis.
This tool uses artificial intelligence to generate or modify visuals based on user prompts or reference images.

Arcus does not claim ownership of generated images, nor do we verify model rights, likeness rights, or copyrighted content that may appear in generated output.

By using ImageGen, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any generated or cloned ad complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

  • You must obtain permission before using any identifiable person’s image, model, or likeness in public campaigns.

  • Arcus assumes no liability for misuse or copyright violations resulting from ImageGen outputs.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.

  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

  • Request a copy of your stored information.
